Coworking, Pricing and Booking Questions
Yes. For a private office, the deposit is at least three months’ rent; for other workspaces it is usually one to three months, depending on the configuration and lock-in period. Deposits are 100% refundable at the end of your term and are returned within 7 working days, except when the agreement is ended during the lock-in period, amounts are still due, or there is serious damage to the property. Normal wear and tear is never deducted.
Rentals are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. If you start or leave partway through a month, you receive a pro-rata invoice for those days.
Yes. You can move to a different workspace or plan based on availability and your changing requirements.
Meeting room access depends on the plan you choose. Additional hours can be booked separately when required.
Members receive printing and meeting-room credits, which can be used individually or pooled across the team. If you run out, you can buy more.
Notice periods vary by plan and workspace type. The applicable terms will be shared clearly before you sign up.
Plans typically include workspace access, high-speed internet, power backup, common amenities, and on-site support. Inclusions may vary by location and plan.
Yes. Day passes are available for selected coworking spaces, subject to availability.

Cove has six centres: OMR, Guindy, Nungambakkam and Kotturpuram in Chennai, and Whitefield (inside SJR I-Park) and Richmond Road in Bengaluru.

Whitefield is about a minute’s walk from Sri Sathya Sai Hospital Metro. Nungambakkam is a short walk from AG-DMS Metro. Guindy is served by Guindy and Ekkattuthangal Metro and suburban rail, and Kotturpuram by Nandanam Metro and Kotturpuram MRTS. OMR is about 300 m from the upcoming Kandanchavadi Metro station, and Richmond Road will be about 500 m from the upcoming National Military School station.
Kotturpuram and Richmond Road have on-site parking, and Whitefield has parking within the SJR I-Park campus. Ask the team about parking at the other centres.
Yes. Every registered member of your team gets an individual access card, and access is controlled separately for each block.
Within limits. Private offices can be adapted, for example by adding cabins, but extensive changes aren’t possible. Coworking and hot-desk areas can’t be customised. If you need an office built around your own layout, ask about a custom enterprise office.
